These Terms & Conditions govern your use of thenovaq.in (the "Website") and purchases made on it. The Website is operated by Nova Q, C-42, Hastiraj Society, Bapubhai Vashi Road, Navpada, Kamala Nagar, Vile Parle West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400056, India ("Nova Q", "we", "us"). By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

2. Products and descriptions

  • We try to display our products, colours and details as accurately as possible. Actual colours and finishes may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.
  • Our products are fashion accessories and are not made of precious metals unless explicitly stated on the product page.
  • Product names that mention third-party brands (for example, drink brands on our keychains) are used only to describe the design. Nova Q is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by those brand owners, and all trademarks belong to their respective owners.

3. Pricing and payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹). Any applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment.
  • We may change prices at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time you place it.
  • Payments are processed securely by our payment partner Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders

An order is confirmed once payment is successful and you receive an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable or an order appears fraudulent, in which case any amount paid will be refunded.

5. Shipping, cancellation and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, replacements and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse the Website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content on the Website, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to Nova Q or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nova Q's total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
